Willie grew up in Washington, D.C. and formed The Morrison Brothers Band with his brother while in college. Hit songwriter, Dallas Davidson, took great interest in the band and signed them to Play It Again in 2015, where they collaborated with Maggie Rose who produced their first EP. After the band went their separate ways, Willie focused on his solo project as well as writing for other artists. Willie has landed cuts with Ashland Craft, Brothers Osborne, HIXTAPE, Brooke Eden, Maddie Poppe, Clay Walker, 4x Grammy-nominee Shemekia Copeland and many more. His song “Make it Past Georgia” with Ashland Craft has surpassed 13 million streams on Spotify alone. On the artist side, Willie has also opened for Jake Owen, Cole Swindell, Old Dominion, Blanco Brown, and many more.
